Exchange Eligibility

• Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Exchange is available for size, color, or if the product received is damaged or incorrect.
• Share clear photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery.
• We will offer a free replacement or correct the issue at no cost to you.If you have any size issues, we will gladly exchange the product within 7 days — shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling will not be accepted.
  
  

How to Request an Exchange

• Contact us on WhatsApp or email at @lavishsteps1@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Include your Order Number and the reason for exchange.
• Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
• Return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility (except in the case of damaged or incorrect items).
